At first I thought this was a crappy, hard to see nightsight, Mine had such very small tritium lamps, they were almost impossible to see.
However after I got them installed and Charged up, they were much Brighter and easier to use.
When buying, go for the largest tritium you can get, the larger and brighter the better.
